I would recommend Phil to anyone. I failed my test when I was 17 and needed to get it done quick. After only 10 hours Phil had got me up to speed again. Within 3 weeks of my first meet with him I passed my test with no minors!!! I couldn't believe it myself, but with an instructor like Phil I think it's possible for anyone.
